Well here they are me fellow Axe lovers, me list of the ten greatest worst guitarists or at least the 10 guitarists I least like.
Dave Grohl - Foo Fighters. A drummer is a drummer is a drummer. Dave would be better off beating his guitar with his drumsticks.
Buckethead - who is this guy anyway, Buckethead. Anyone who wears a bucket on their head to get some press can’t have a lot of talent. Anyway, I hate KFC.
Neil Young - watching him trying to play a solo is like watching me ol gran cut her toenails without her reading glasses.
Jack White - White Stripes. Jack ol mate what can I say? Buy a tuner.
Steve Jones - Sex Pistols. Now Steve is quite a reasonable guitarist these days but in the time of the Sex Pistols it was all about rebellion and anarchy. Playing guitar was the last priority.Ol Steve played with all the feel of Nurse Ratchatt (One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest) and the precision of a bulldog eating breakfast.
Ed Kuepper - The Saints. Some bloody Aussie guy who played guitar like cutting down a tree with a handsaw (sounded about the same too). Played in some band called The Saints. You might not remember these guys they were responsible for such atrocities as Stranded and Misunderstood.
Keith Strickland - B52s - No explanation needed.
Paul Jonas - From the Jonas brothers because any band that comes out of the Disney channel has gotta suck. And that “butter wouldn’t melt in my mouth” look really gives me the shits. Come on son this is the music industry grow some balls, grow your hair and get a tattoo.

Well this is better than a lot of other lists I’ve seen. Just it’s Kevin Jonas not PAUL, not that I like them or anything, i completely agree that all three of them have 0 talent, and also that the whole little church boy look is not appealing to heterosexual male audiences. Sex pistols just suck all together, I would definitely have Steve in there, he can’t write riffs for shit, all his songs are like 3 chords.

you cant just say these are bad guitarists, as they are just your opinion, also all the music they make is just there sound and way of playing, also if they’re making a livin out of it and if they can even play the instrument still means they’r gud at it,bucket head, whether he is talented or not, your just judging him on his appearence.jack white, whether his guitar is in tune or not, doesnt make him a bad guitarist

For all of you who don’t know buckethead, he’s guitar one’s top 8 guitar shredders. He had also made movie soundtracks for beverly hills ninja, the ghost of mars, mortal kombat, power rangers etc. He pefers not to be in the mainstream so most people really didn’t know buckethead. He was also a former member of Guns n roses when Axl Rose made a comeback in 2001.

there’s a lot i agree with on this list, but there’s also a few that i think you’re full of shit with. you couldn’t touch buckethead with a 10 ft. pole. and shit, if you’ve got buckethead up there, you might as well put paul gilbert up there, but we both know that they’re a hell of a lot better than you are. purely a case of jealousy behind ‘posterity’.

It’s quite the opposite; he wears it so his face will NOT be associated with anything other than his music. Would you recognize him on the streets without the mask? No. Would the paparazzi? No. Would any stupid/embarrassing action he did on his own time be linked to his music in any way? No. You are obviously misinformed, it’s apparent in the way you assume someone sucks by their appearance. If you listened to buckethead, you would know that he is one of the greatest guitarist of all time, he can play eight-finger solos and chords like no other. Can you? what the hell man! have you even heard his music? there is nobody else on this planet who can write symphonys this well and lead them with a guitar, take Soothsayer for instance, who else could play that? Buckethead plays the guitar to its full potential, and beyond.
Listen to his music and if your the musical judge you think you are, you’ll make the best guitarist page and he will be right at the top of it.
The reason he wears his mask is because on the outside he looks so emotionless, and only if you heard his music, you would understand how human he is. (and he dosent even wear the KFC bucket anymore

Is this list a freaking joke??? If you’ve ever watched a single show by them, you’d know that Jack White and Buckethead are pretty much two of the greatest guitarists of all time! And although Dave Grohl is a better dummer than he is a guitarist, his music is amazing. And “Paul Jonas”? come on… i hate the Jonas Brothers, and even I know that none of their names are Paul. They’re a damn children’s band, you’re not getting anywhere by bashing them.
Besides all of that, your arguments are pathetic. “I hate KFC” isn’t a reason to hate good music.
