You can log an item
not received dispute within two weeks of your
purchase.You should already have acquired a
tracking number, date sent and expected date
received from the seller as per the
How to Buy
Safely help document. If you have not acquired
this information you should contact the seller
and ask them for it now.
If the item does not arrive within 24 hours of
the expected date you should contact the
transport company. If the item was not shipped
with that particular shipping company you should
contact the seller immediately.
If the seller does not respond or you can not
come to an agreement with the seller, you can
log an Item Not Received dispute with Axebay by
going to My Axebay -> Activity and clicking on
the Item Not Received link under the shortcut
menu on the LHS of the page.
Then:
Axebay will attempt to contact the seller on
your behalf.
Axebay will notify you of the outcome of the
investigation.
If Axebay cannot contact the seller or the
seller is uncooperative you can:
Log a
dispute by logging into your PayPal
account and going to the resolution centre, if
you paid by PayPal.
Contact your issuing bank, if you paid
by credit card.
