Axebay policies are rules and guidelines that
help to create a safe, fair and enjoyable trading environment for all Axebay
members. As a buyer, you are responsible for reviewing and understanding Axebay
policies, as well as all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in the
User Agreement.
Axebay policies are
intended to:
- Support government laws and regulations
- Minimize risks to buyers and sellers
- Provide equal opportunity to all buyers
- Provide an enjoyable buying experience
- Support the values of the Axebay Community
Buyers cannot:
- Commit to purchasing an item (either by
buying an item or winning the item at auction) without paying. Failing to
pay for an item will result in lowering the buyer’s rating and could result
in the suspension of the buyer’s account.
- Take no longer than three (3) days to pay
for a purchased item.
- Commit to a purchase or make a bid with no
serious intention of buying.
- Buy an item or bid on an item when they do
not meet the seller’s terms as outlined in the item listing, or bid or buy
with the intention of disrupting a listing.
To know about Axebay rules that apply to selling, see
Rules for Sellers.
Violations of these policies may result in a range of actions, including:
- Limits on account privileges
- Account suspension
- Legal action
